Since opening his design firm, LDC Design Studio in 1997, Joel has collaborated with clients to achieve a balance of modern yet warm design, producing innovative interiors that are continually anchored by quality and craftsmanship.
Representing a clear vision of his style, Joel founded his Los Angeles décor and lifestyle showroom, LDC Home in 2008, in the coveted La Brea Design shopping district. Visitors to the showroom will find a mixture of modern and classic furniture, decorative art and homeware that explore Joel’s personal, aesthetic brushstroke. In 2010, Joel re-launched LDCHome.com as a full service, online shopping site for both his residential and design trade clients. As a member of the current design administration, Joel believes in the democratization of design – making high-quality home goods easily attainable in the modern, global marketplace.
